About Brian

 

Brian Kirimdar is a seasoned investment executive with decades of experience spanning capital markets, structured finance, and private investments. As CIO, Brian leads the firm's investment strategy and capital deployment, bringing a multi-asset lens shaped by a broad background in real estate, industrials, logistics, and alternative investments. 

 

Prior to joining Casoro Group, Brian served in leadership roles within the investment banking and family office environments, including CIO of a private family office where he oversaw direct investments and portfolio growth across multiple sectors. Under his direction, the firm achieved substantial returns, spearheaded strategic exits, and scaled operating businesses with market-leading performance.

 

Brian's track record includes managing M&A and capital raising mandates for operating companies and emerging ventures alike. He has also served in interim CFO roles and led complex sale-leaseback transactions and structured financings. His capital markets foundation was established in earlier roles at Ambac, Moody's, Deloitte, and Credit Suisse First Boston, where he developed a deep command of fixed income structuring, distressed debt, and RMBS/CMBS analytics.

 

Brian holds a Masters in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from NYU and a B.S. in Finance from Binghamton University.​​​
