Jeff Williams is the Managing Director at Casoro Group where he is responsible for overseeing the firm's capital-raising efforts, debt sourcing, and strategic financial planning. In this role, Jeff drives Casoro Group's investment strategy by identifying and securing capital opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives. In addition, Jeff plays a key role in acquisitions, actively sourcing new deals. His leadership in structuring innovative financing solutions and optimizing portfolio performance is pivotal in helping Casoro Group expand its real estate investments and deliver value to its stakeholders. 

 

Jeff's career has been marked by his ability to build and maintain strong investor relationships, streamline operational processes, and manage complex transactions. He has a proven track record in developing outreach strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance sales tactics, and leading successful capital-raising initiatives. 

 

Before joining Casoro Group, Jeff served in senior leadership roles at Wakefield Residential, Berkadia/Moran & Company, and Security Properties Inc., where he managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios, drove significant revenue growth, and executed high-value transactions.  

 

With a background in civil engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Texas Christian University, Jeff brings a blend of technical and strategic expertise to Casoro Group, helping the company deliver exceptional value to its stakeholders.
